AIS Engineering, Inc. (AIS) has been awarded a prime contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) supporting commercial satellite communications (COMSATCOM) needs for the Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) contract vehicle. The $2.5 billion dollar ceiling CS3 ID/IQ contract has a ten-year lifecycle (5-year base, 3-year option period 1 and 2-year option period 2). The CS3 contract is the replacement to the Custom SATCOM Solutions (CS2) and CS2-Small Business (CS2-SB) in which AIS was a CS2-SB prime contract holder.
